IPAC’14 – 5th International Particle Accelerator Conference

The 5th International Particle Accelerator Conference IPAC’14 (June 15. to 20. 2014) will take place in Dresden, Germany. The conference has been held consecutively in Asia, Europe and North America since 2010, and combines the previous continental conferences. It is the second IPAC to be held in Europe.

The talks of international speakers will cover fields like Circular and Linear Colliders in general, Particle Sources and Alternative Acceleration Techniques, Synchrotron Light Sources and FELs, Hadron Accelerators. Other topics are “Technology Transfer and Application of Accelerators”, “Beam Dynamics and Electromagnetic Fields” or “Beam Instrumentation and Feedback”.

This event is organized by the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf and the GSI Helmholtzzentrum für Schwerionenforschung, the Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin and the Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron DESY.
