Normen und technische Regeln beschreiben den Stand der Technik und gelten in vielen Wirtschaftsbereichen als Grundlage für Arbeitstechniken. Zudem setzen sie Maßstäbe für die Qualität von Produkten und finden so Eingang in Verträge. Die vorliegende Zusammenstellung berücksichtigt die Änderung der wichtigsten Normen und Regeln seit 2002 auf Basis des DIN-Kataloges für technische Regeln (Ausgabe 2005). Der erste Teil beinhaltet die Fachgebiete Messtechnik, unbeschichtete Werkstoffe und Bauteile sowie Schichten und beschichtete Bauteile.

In addition, they can lay down a benchmark for product quality, and thus often form the basis of contracts. In this series of articles, changes in the most important standards and guidelines since 2002 are reviewed, based on the DIN Catalogue of Technical Standards (2005 Edition). The first part covers measurement methods, uncoated materials and components as well as coatings and coated components.
