Umweltrechtliche Situation galvanotechnischer Betriebe in China - Teil 1
Die rasante Industrialisierung in China hat in den letzten Jahren zu einer kaum zu akzeptierenden Umweltverschmutzung geführt. Der Staat hat aus diesem Grund die Gründung und den Betrieb von Unternehmen an hohe Auflagen in Bezug auf den Umweltschutz gebunden. Die derzeit ca. 20.000 galvanotechnische Betriebe mit ihren ca. 500.000 Beschäftigten müssen sowohl die Einrichtungen zur Vermeidung von Emissionen und den Verbrauch von Rohstoffen deutlich einschränken als auch den Umgang mit Chemikalien in Bezug auf Umweltschutz und den Schutz der Arbeitnehmer erfüllen. So gehören heute unter anderem regelmäßige Audits oder auch Schulungen der Mitarbeiter zum Standard.

Metal Finishing Plants in China and their Environmental Compliance - Part 1
The hectic pace of industrialisation in China, in recent years has resulted in a degree of industrial pollution which cannot be said to be acceptable. The State has reacted by imposing severe conditions on new and existing plants, in terms of their environmental performance. As of now, the roughly 20.000 Metal Finishing companies, employing some 500.000 staff are being required to operate in an environmentally compliant manner, both in terms of emissions and their use of raw materials. In the same way, their use of chemicals is constrained, both environmentally and in terms of employee health and safety. These aims are implemented, among other ways, by regular audits and employee training.
